6 Week Training Plan

The S5000 Challenge is in ten weeks, which is more than enough time for any Masters or triathlon swimmer to train for a 2.5km swim.  If you are having trouble getting to regular swim sessions, or just want to do some extra training have a look at the attached training plan from the Swimathon organization (or go to link directly here).

Monday   8:00 - 9:00 pm  HB
Tuesday   6:00 - 7:15 am  SH
Thursday   6:00 - 7:15 am  SH
Thursday   7:30 - 8:30 pm  SH
Saturday   9:30 - 10:45 am  SH
